30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To begin the process, contact Kop & Kande customer service at [email protected].

The return request must be started within the 30-day return window. Customer service will review your request and provide the correct return instructions and return details.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item should meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is started within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, clean, and in its original condition.
  • The item includes its original packaging, tags, labels, manuals, accessories, and parts when applicable.
  • The item has not been altered, washed, damaged, or used in a way that affects resale condition.
  • Proof of purchase, order number, or the email address used at checkout is provided.

Item Condition

Please package returned items carefully. Items should be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including all original components and protective packaging when available.

If a returned item is used, damaged, missing parts, or not in eligible condition, Kop & Kande may be unable to accept the return or may apply an adjustment after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return. Non-returnable items may include:

  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, parts, or documentation
  • Personalized, custom, or made-to-order items, if offered
  • Gift cards, digital products, or downloadable products, if offered

Return Shipping Cost

Kop & Kande offers 30 Days Free Returns. Approved returns under this policy are free when you follow the return instructions provided by customer service.

Please do not use your own return method or send a package to an unconfirmed address unless customer service instructs you to do so. Returns sent outside the approved process may not be accepted.

Refund Process

After Kop & Kande receives and inspects your returned item, the refund will be reviewed based on the condition of the item and the return details provided.

Refunds are processed within 3–15 days after the returned item is received and inspected. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Exchanges
